Gajar ka Halwa
Our Gajar ka Halwa is not only tasty but also has fewer calories!
Serves: 5-6
Ingredients:
Chopped nuts like raisins, almonds, etc.
1 tbsp desi ghee
½ cup khoya, grated
½ cup powdered sugar
1 cup milk
½ kg carrots, grated
Directions:
- Mix the milk and carrots in a bowl. Microwave it for 8-10 minutes. Mix once after an interval of 4 minutes.
- Add khoya and sugar. Mix well and microwave for another 10 minutes.
- Add ghee and mix. Microwave for 6-7 minutes. Garnish chopped nuts. Serve hot or cold as per your preference.
