Ingredients Required To Make Apple Crumble Cheesecake

Here is the list of ingredients that will help to make Apple Crumble Cheesecake:

  • 920 gm Cream: Use full-fat blocks of creamy cheese. If you use cream cheese from tubs, you won’t get the appropriate texture. Before mixing, you should also wait until the cream cheese is at room temperature. Also, for a few hours, let the blocks out on the counter before using them.

  • 2 Apples: You can use any variety of apples, such as Honeycrisp, Fiji, Red Delicious, or Gala. Slice thin or peel, core, and dice them into small pieces.

  • 4 Eggs: The cheesecake needs eggs to become thicker and they should also be at room temperature.

  • 50 gm Brown sugar: The crumble gets a toasty and caramelised flavour from the brown sugar.

  • Caramel Drizzle: While serving, drizzle some homemade caramel sauce over the cheesecake. It becomes fantastic thanks to it! If you don’t want to make your own caramel sauce, get your preferred choice from the grocery store.

  • 250 gm Biscoff biscuits: Crush them into a fine powder in a food processor or with a rolling pin by placing them in a zip-top bag.

  • 100 gm Granulated sugar: It maintains the softness and moisture of baked foods.

  • 100-200 gm Unsalted butter: Before using, melt the butter in the microwave or on the stove.

  • 150 gm Greek yoghurt: This gives the cheesecake a little extra creaminess and tartness.

  • 2 Teaspoon Vanilla extract: It improves the flavours of other components, such as milk, sugar, and so forth. The most important function of vanilla is to mask the smell of raw eggs.

  • 1 Tablespoon Ground cinnamon: It is best for adding depth of flavour to this recipe as its warming, rich, spicy, and sweet notes.

  • ½ Teaspoon Ground ginger: It is a great way to add interesting flavours in a baked dish.

  • ¼ Teaspoon Ground nutmeg: This ground nutmeg spice develops a warm, aromatic flavour with clove.

  • 60 gm All-purpose flour: It’s a nice balance between flours that contain more or less gluten.

Tools Required to Make Apple Crumble Cheesecake

Here are the tools required to make this delicious cheesecake:
