Ingredients
  

  • 8-10 Medium Prawns
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 100 g Vermicelli noodles
  • 1 cup Red bell pepper
  • tsp Curry powder
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • ½ Onion
  • Bean sprouts
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp White Pepper
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 250 g Chinese barbecue pork
  • 2 tsp Green pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix the ingredients of the sauce in a cup.
  • In a large pot, combine the noodles with boiling water. then soak in accordance with the packet's instructions. Drain, then put aside.
  • 1 tbsp of oil should be heated in a skillet. When the prawns are ready, add them and boil for another three minutes. Take out and place aside.
  • After that, make an omelette. Once it has dried, wrap it up with a spatula, remove it from the pan, and cut it.
  • Capsicum should add and cook for a few mins.
