Easy Egg Maggi Recipe
Every bite is worth the effort you put into making this delicious Egg Maggi from Vaishnavi Bhagat’s kitchen.
- salt to taste
- 2 tsp cooking oil
- ½ tsp garlic finely chopped
- ½ cup onion finely chopped
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 1 packet of Maggi noodles
Cook the noodles as per packet instructions.
In a non-stick pan, heat oil and add the onion. Saute until translucent. Add the garlic and saute until it turns golden brown. Add the eggs, salt and garam masala and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes before adding the cooked noodles.
Cook for 2 more minutes and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
