  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 individual packets of Maggi
  • Pepper and salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp roasted cumin powder
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • 3 tsp spicy ketchup
  • ¼ tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1-2 green and red chillies chopped (optional)

To garnish:

  • Green coriander finely chopped (optional)


  • Cook Maggi noodles as per packet instructions.
  • In a wok, heat oil and stir fry the vegetables over high flame for 2-3 minutes or until crisp. Add all the spices along with the ketchup and stir. Continue to cook for a minute before pushing the vegetables to one side of the work.
  • Break the eggs on the other side and mix them together. Cook until everything is dry.
  • Add the cooked noodles and cook over high flame for 2 minutes. Serve immediately garnished with finely chopped green coriander.
