In a wok, heat oil and stir fry the vegetables over high flame for 2-3 minutes or until crisp. Add all the spices along with the ketchup and stir. Continue to cook for a minute before pushing the vegetables to one side of the work.
Break the eggs on the other side and mix them together. Cook until everything is dry.
Add the cooked noodles and cook over high flame for 2 minutes. Serve immediately garnished with finely chopped green coriander.
