A large mixing bowl
A refrigerator
- 1 tsp coffee
- 200 ml of non-dairy milk
- 1 tsp sugar optional
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A handful of ice
- 100 ml boiled water
Add 1 teaspoon of instant or cold brewed coffee, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to boiled water.
Mix well and refrigerate in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Pour this mixture into a glass with partially filled ice.
Add your choice of non-dairy milk to it, preferably coconut or oat milk. Your vegan iced coffee is ready to be served!
