This simple vegan goat cheese recipe will amaze you! This authentic cheese is full of flavour, creamy and can easily be made at home. It makes for the perfect addition to holiday appetisers and cheese boards!

7 oz tofu ¼ cup refined coconut oil 1 tbsp nutritional yeast 1 tsp lemon juice ½ tsp apple cider vinegar 1 tsp tahini ¾ tsp salt 1½ tsp potato starch 1 tsp white and black pepper 2 tbsp cold water
Add tofu, nutritional yeast, melted coconut vinegar, lemon juice, salt and tahini to a saucepan and blend.
Add your potato starch to water and stir and add to your tofu to blend it again.
Cook it for 5 minutes on medium heat in a saucepan. Stir constantly.
Once the mixture is thick, refrigerate for 15 minutes. Wrap and mould on parchment paper.
Place it in the fridge for 3 hours.
Take the cheese out and roll it in peppercorns. Your vegan goat cheese is ready!
