Equipment

  • An Immersion Blender
  • A Saucepan
  • A Piece of Parchment Paper
  • A Rubber Spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 7 oz tofu
  • ¼ cup refined coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • tsp potato starch
  • 1 tsp white and black pepper
  • 2 tbsp cold water

Instructions
 

  • Add tofu, nutritional yeast, melted coconut vinegar, lemon juice, salt and tahini to a saucepan and blend.
  • Add your potato starch to water and stir and add to your tofu to blend it again.
  • Cook it for 5 minutes on medium heat in a saucepan. Stir constantly.
  • Once the mixture is thick, refrigerate for 15 minutes. Wrap and mould on parchment paper.
  • Place it in the fridge for 3 hours.
  • Take the cheese out and roll it in peppercorns. Your vegan goat cheese is ready!
