Cook the Maggi noodles as per packet instructions.
Heat oil in a wok and saute the onions until they turn crisp. Add the chillies and capsicum and continue to saute for 2-3 minutes. Toss in the shredded cabbage along with roasted cumin, red chilli and turmeric powders, salt and garam masala.
Cook for a few seconds before adding Maggi tomato sauce and sauteing for a minute.
Collect all the vegetables onto one side of the wok. Break the eggs on the other side, scramble and combine them with the vegetables. Continue to cook until the mixture turns dry.
Mix in the cooked Maggi noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes before removing from the flame.
Serve after garnishing with black pepper.
Notes
You can also add boiled corn along with Maggi tomato sauce.
